The Litter Prevention Network is organized as a nonprofit organization in the State of Texas. We operate in accordance with applicable state and federal laws governing nonprofit organizations.
The mission of the Litter Prevention Network is to prevent litter through education, community partnerships, youth programs, and public awareness initiatives. We work to inspire responsible habits and environmental stewardship in the communities we serve.
Donations and contributions made to the Litter Prevention Network are used exclusively to fund programs, community outreach, educational materials, and operational costs directly related to our mission.
As a nonprofit organization, the Litter Prevention Network does not distribute profits, earnings, or assets to individuals, founders, officers, or directors. All financial resources are reinvested directly into the mission.
